Conditions We Treat
Evidence based outpatient care for generalized anxiety, panic and social anxiety, with practical tools that help you feel calm and in control again.
Understanding the Condition
Anxiety is a natural response to stress, but when worry, fear, or nervousness becomes persistent or overwhelming, it can interfere with everyday life. Anxiety may affect sleep, relationships, work, and overall well-being. Common anxiety conditions include generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, and social anxiety disorder. With compassionate, evidence-based treatment and the right support, individuals can learn effective ways to manage anxiety and regain a greater sense of balance and control.
Recognizing the Signs
These are common signs, not a diagnosis. If several sound familiar and have lasted a few weeks, a professional assessment can bring clarity and relief.
Experiencing restlessness, feeling on edge, or being easily irritated.
Experiencing sudden episodes of intense fear or panic.
Experiencing physical symptoms such as rapid heartbeat, chest tightness, shallow breathing, or muscle tension.
Experiencing racing thoughts or persistent worry that feels difficult to control.
Avoiding social situations or interactions due to fear of judgment.
Experiencing difficulty falling asleep or staying asleep and feeling fatigued most of the time.
Integrated Treatment Pathway

Your Care Journey
Your first visit is a relaxed conversation with a licensed clinician, about 60 to 90 minutes, where we learn what triggers your anxiety and how it affects your life. From your first weeks you practice calming and grounding skills, then work step by step on facing what you have been avoiding and reshaping anxious thoughts. We review your progress with you regularly.
Common Questions
How do I know if my worry is serious enough for therapy?
If anxiety affects your sleep, work or relationships, causes panic attacks, or makes you avoid everyday activities, therapy can make a real difference. You do not need to wait until it feels unbearable.
Can anxiety be treated without medication?
Yes. Therapy such as CBT is highly effective for anxiety on its own. Medication is an option we discuss with you, never a requirement.
How long does anxiety treatment take?
Many people notice progress within a few weeks of regular therapy. The full length depends on your goals and how you respond, and we review it with you.
Is anxiety treatment covered by insurance?
Many insurance plans cover outpatient therapy and IOP. We work with a growing number of plans, offer self-pay and sliding-scale fee options, and check your coverage before you start.
