Common Questions
Is this a detox program?
No. Our IOP provides structured outpatient treatment. If medical detoxification is needed, we'll help coordinate appropriate care and support your transition into IOP when clinically appropriate.
Will my employer find out?
We are committed to protecting your privacy and maintaining confidentiality in accordance with applicable laws and professional standards. Our team can explain authorized disclosures and any applicable exceptions.
Can I attend if I take medication for substance use?
Yes. We support prescribed medications when clinically appropriate and collaborate with your prescriber to coordinate your care.
What if I have a setback?
A setback does not define your recovery. Together, we'll reassess your needs, adjust your treatment plan, and continue supporting your progress.
Is Substance Use IOP covered by insurance?
Many insurance plans cover IOP, but benefits require verification. We offer self-pay and sliding-scale fee options and will help you understand your coverage and anticipated costs before beginning care.
Can my family be involved?
Yes. With your consent, we welcome the involvement of family members, significant others, and other important supports in your care, when clinically appropriate.
