PMHNP-BC or Psychiatrist
At Strategic Therapeutic Solutions, psychiatric care is part of a personalized approach that considers the whole person. We welcome psychiatric providers who listen with care, value shared decision making, and help adults understand their treatment options as they work toward stability and wellness.
You will join STS’s skilled and compassionate interdisciplinary treatment team, collaborating with therapists, substance use counselors, peer specialists, and case managers. Together, we coordinate care throughout each client’s healing journey, connecting psychiatric evaluation and medication management with therapy, recovery support, and the client’s goals for everyday life.
How You Will Make a Difference
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnostic assessments, medication reconciliation, and follow up care.
- Develop individualized medication plans with clients, discussing benefits, risks, alternatives, preferences, and informed consent.
- Order and review clinically indicated tests within your authority; monitor response, side effects, adherence concerns, and safety.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary case reviews and coordinate psychiatric treatment with therapy, SUD services, peer support, and case management.
- Provide clear education to clients and authorized supports, adjust treatment as indicated, and coordinate referrals or urgent care when needed.
- Maintain timely clinical records, review ongoing treatment needs, and support safe transitions and continuity of care.
